Once the kids are a little older, offer to take them away to a fun destination like Disney World! Mom and Dad will probably enjoy the time off, and the kids will love going away with Auntie. Kids who are even older may enjoy a bolder trip. Perhaps a trip across country, or even a short jaunt to Europe.  Sure, it sounds extravagant, but traveling together and being there to give your nieces and nephews an explanation and exploration of the world around them is invaluable and quite memorable.  Think about it. It might be the trip of a lifetime.
