Trains, trains, trains. What is it with little boys (and big boys) and trains?! It may be something Auntie doesn’t understand (they just go round and round, right?) but it’s hours of entertainment for kids.

Specialty toy stores often have a train set up and running that you can take your nephew to visit. Some cities even have retailers that specialize in toy trains!  They usually have a few models set up with bridges and lights and sounds…. Everything a little boy dreams of.

But before you come home with an entire model city surrounded by train tracks, make sure mom and dad are also on board. Well, dad will be, but mom may want to use her dining room table for other things!

Oh, and if you can, take the subway to the store!
