Walk A Dog
Written By Savvy Auntie Staff Writers
A fun treat for the kids, and a helpful act for an elderly or ill neighbor, is to offer to walk their dog.
Having a dog is great comfort for an elderly or ill person. But having to walk the dog is often difficult. Walking the dog can bring relief to everyone (including the dog!)
However, it is often the best exercise the elderly get, so a good deed might just be to walk the dog WITH the owner to keep him or her company. Take the dog to the dog park so the kids can play with the dog.
This deed is sure to put a smile on everyone's face. Especially yours.
