Idea for niece 1st birthday gift?

This is my only niece from my only sister. I really want to buy something special, but have no idea what! The girl is very spoiled because she's the only baby in the family. She has lots of books and toys; (to tell you that my brother-in-law's boss gave her on her birth, his kids' old life size robot pony. The one that's big enough for kids to ride; and it moves it's head and tail, makes sounds and it comes with a toy carrot.)
My sister bought like 10 presents for her already. Her birthday is on August 15. I know you can't buy love, but at the same time she's only a baby, and she's my only niece! I don't have much money either because I'm looking for a job.
What do you recommend?
