Blue's Room
Blue’s Room, which originally premiered as five, half-hour specials on Nick Jr., unlocks the door to a whole new world for preschoolers, as the beloved animated puppy Blue is transformed into a lovable puppet who can now talk with them. Each episode is an ultimate play date, as preschoolers talk, play, pretend and imagine with Joe, Blue, her baby brother Sprinkles and their playroom friends including Frederica, Roar E. Saurus and Dictionary. Every playful puppet and activity in Blue’s Room is specially designed to support the show’s literacy goals, now deepened by Blue’s ability to talk with preschoolers at home. In Blue’s Room, early literacy skills are promoted through talking, reading, writing, pretending and playing.
