Here is my first attempt at getting down and dirty (LITERALLY) with yogurt, oatmeal, and honey. I’ll show you exactly how to make a great DIY homemade facial recipe that you can do with your nieces. For less than a couple of dollars, you can get spa-like results in the comfort of your own home—organically, all-natural, and without any harsh chemicals.
This facial is amazing for dry, dull, aging skin and helps to reduce sun damage. It’s also great for reducing redness and blemishes!
Ingredients
2 Tbsp Oats—reduces redness and inflammation
2 Tbsp Full-Fat Greek Yogurt—gently exfoliate and encourage cell-turnover
1 Tsp Raw Honey—antibacterial and moisturizing agent
Directions
Mix all ingredients together into a paste in small bowl, and apply to skin. Let dry for about 15 minutes. Remove with warm water and a washcloth. (Optional: Gently scrub the oatmeal into face to exfoliate when removing the mask.)
Enjoy, Aunties!
