HopScotch

Hopscotch is one of those games that never gets old. Using thick colored chalk, help the kids create a hopscotch board. As you may recall, you need to create eight squares in total, although some people play with ten. Some draw boxes 1, 2 and 3 centered above each other, with 4 and 5 paired above them, 6 centered above 4 and 5, and 7 and 8 paired above 6. But it’s really up to you.
Take a stone or bean bag and try to drop it on box #1. Hop on one foot only when there is only one box, skipping boxes where the marker has landed. You may land on two feet when the boxes are paired next to each other. Once you get to 7 and 8, you must turn and jump to the other direction, picking up your marker on the way back.
The player is out when they put two feet on the ground when they are supposed to be hopping on one, not reaching the box with the marker, or stepping on a line. (Here’s a hint, Auntie. Make sure the boxes are big enough for your grown-up feet!
So Auntie, who won your hopscotch game?
