My Neice Mya is soon to be the middle child. I feel that her mom is not paying enough attention to her. The only attention Mya gets from mom is negative attention (like when she gets in trouble) I feel that this will encourage Mya to act out just for attention once the baby is born. Just as her big sister did when Mya was born. How do I broach the subject with my brother or his wife with out sounding like im trying to tell him how to be a parent?
